I participated in the workshop conducted by the League of Lady Wrestlers at LadyFest Montreal, September 6th at the Theatre Ste-Catherine in Montreal.

The workshop was titled  “PUT DOUBT IN A CHOKEHOLD: Confidence Building through Embodiment, Voice, Vulnerability & Improv Tactics.”

The League of Lady Wrestlers embody this really exciting, huge energy with athletic wrestling moves. They create an effective  forum for super expressive, confident, feminist performance art.
