I participated in a five-day intensive workshop on performance art facilitated by La Pocha Nostra members, Guillermo Gomez Peña, Balitronica Gomez & Saul Garcia Lopez at MAI Centre intercultural in Montréal.

Exerciseswith focused on the human body as a site for creation, reinvention, memory and activism and borrowed from multiple traditions including performance art, experimental theater and dance, the Suzuki method, ritual shamanism, performance games and live jam sessions.
